Hey everyone
So this year Nick and myself are running this event to raise money for R U OK?
This is a charity that encourages people to have a conversation with their loved ones and close network surrounding mental health and the importance of reaching out to those struggling with mental illness.
R U OK? is a not-for-profit organisation whose vision is a world where we’re all connected and are protected from suicide.
This is a particularly personal and sensitive topic for both of us and any support we can get, whether it is $2 or $20, we would appreciate. All donations made through here are secure and will go directly towards and benefit this amazing charity.
