Workplace Giving is a simple way to donate to charities direct from your pay, and get your donations matched. Most companies match donations, so you could double your impact, giving your charity even more support!
Our fundraising story centres around our Team Captain Jack's mother Helen, or Honey as we affectionately called her. Honey was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer in 2011 and continued to fight until January 2025. We run in her memory and fundraise for a cause close to all of our hearts.
Did you know 1 in 13 people will be diagnosed with bowel cancer in their lifetime and 15,000 people are diagnosed each year? Honey is our motivator and our team is The Honey Hoppers - we are aiming to collectively raise $3000 for Bowel Cancer Australia.
On the 14th of September The Honey Hoppers will take on the Bridge to Brisbane. We welcome all donations big or small to help reach our goal. If we hit our target, Team Captain Jack will run the full 10km in the infamous Winnie the Pooh Costume
Bowel Cancer Australia is a 100% community-funded national charity dedicated to prevention, early diagnosis, quality treatment and care, so everyone affected by bowel cancer can live their best life.
