Story
Hey everyone,
As some of you may know, my grandad passed away earlier this year but up until late 2024 he was living independently (at 90 years old!) in a small country town in outback NSW called Tilpa.
Tilpa is incredibly remote (200 km from the nearest supermarket) so one of the reasons it was possible for him to continue living in his home for so long was thanks to the Royal Flying Doctor Service, who operate a monthly clinic providing essential healthcare services to the town and surrounding area.
This year I am running (yes, you read that correctly - running) in Bridge to Brisbane and I hope you will consider supporting me by donating to the Royal Flying Doctor Service (South Eastern Section) so they can continue to support people who love living in regional or remote communities as much as my grandad did.
